Terms & Conditions:

  1. Confirmation of registration is subject to receiving the complete participant's required information, and payment proof by the last date of registration and is communicated to the student in writing within 2 days after the registration date is over.
  2. Cancellation is allowed and is subject to administration charges i.e. 20% of the total course fee. However, no cancellation will be accepted after the registration date and the full course fee is to be paid.
  3. Student substitution can be considered where allowed by the awarding body. Substitution requests should be forwarded in writing at least 3 days before the course starts. SBS may accept/reject any substitution cases without assigning a reason.
  4. SBS has a ‘minimum number of students’ requirement for all public programs and reserves the right to change dates/places due to unpredictable situations. Students’ exclusive remedy shall be refund of the fee they paid.
  5. Students’ cannot bring any claim or legal action against SBS relating to participation in the course or from knowledge obtained during the course. If students’ script/answer sheet is lost in the postal system during submission to other parties e.g. NEBOSH, the only compensation will be the provision of re-sitting in the same exam.
  6. Audio/video recording of any public and in-house training session is not allowed
  7. The use of the information or documentation obtained during the course shall be at the user’s sole risk, and participants' data as mentioned above may be shared with relevant awarding bodies e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH, Highfield, etc. for training/certificate purposes.

  9. I confirm that I have read NEBOSH policies and procedures documents which include malpractice policy, inquiry about results, reasonable adjustments, special consideration, leaner terms & conditions, and other resources available at NBEOSH website i.e. NEBOSH Policies & Procedures
  10. I confirm that my tutor/enrollment officer has explained the course syllabus to me, which also available on the NEBOSH website
  11. I permit to learning partner to record the online training session and OBE closing interviews for record and audit purposes.
  12. I have reviewed the course schedule and confirm that I am able to attend 100% of the planned learning sessions.
  13. I confirm that my ENGLISH speaking, reading, writing and listening skills are sufficient to complete the course to the required standard.
  14. I understand that all verbal transactions between myself, my course colleagues and tutor will primarily be in ENGLISH.
  15. During all virtual learning sessions, I will be visible on camera (subject to Internet availability and the Tutor’s instruction.
  16. I understand that I will be required to undertake 1-hour private learning every day of the course.
  17. I understand that I will be required to provide evidence of my work when requested.
  18. All work submitted will be my own. I agree not to plagiarize others' work and where I am quoting others I will ensure this is referenced accordingly. I also understand what plagiarism means.
  19. I understand that the Tutor will provide feedback, advice, and guidance to help me achieve the qualification standards.
  20. SBS doesn't have any agent or branch. All learners must contact us directly. SBS may cancel the registration of a learner if he/she registered for NEBOSH qualifications via another agent/individual/company, or provided misleading information for registration. Any fee refund will be made after deducting 30% admin cost.
